Watershed Properties is a small collective of realtors – dedicated to preserving the natural beauty of the Western North Carolina mountains. Each agent for the Company owns a home in Sherwood Forest (Brevard, NC) and has learned to appreciate the natural beauty of the forest and the way the inhabitants have managed to incorporate their homes within this natural environment with a minimum of disruption to the “look and feel” of the forest.
For more than 30 years, Diana and Mary Beth have been committed to Atlanta’s preservation and growth, working actively in their profession and community. They have received awards for historic preservation from the Urban Design Commission and they are recognized for their service to preserve Piedmont Park and in-town neighborhoods. They both own homes in Sherwood Forest, each serving on the Green Area committee, as well as the Facilities committee.
These agents provide over 90 years of active service in the field of real estate. They are committed to balance between development in Western North Carolina and the natural environment. They have vast experience in residential and commercial real estate sales and development, representing buyers, sellers and developers. Their knowledge, vision and energy guide their clients through an enjoyable and successful real estate experience.
